The SEC will be closed on both Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th. December 25th is a federal holiday, and December 24th will be treated as a federal holiday for filing purposes. The EDGAR System will not receive, process or accept filings on that day. Filings with due dates of December 24th or December 25th will be considered timely if filed on Thursday, December 26th. The FERC will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th in observation of the holiday. eForms will accept filings submitted on December 25th.
