On March 17th, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) announced that due to taxonomy changes adopted in Version 2025-04-01 (pertaining to Order No. 898), it has provided guidance in the latest eForms update to help filers preparing to submit the 2025 FERC Form No. 1. Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.

Both the SEC and the FERC will be closed Monday, January 19, 2025, in observation of the Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. The EDGAR System will not receive, process or accept filings on that day. Filings with a due date of January 19th will be due the following business day, Tuesday, January 20th. eForms will accept filings submitted on January 19th.
