New Release (5.25a) for the GoFiler Family of Products

Version 5.25a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 24.4 and contains updates for Form N-4, Form 24F-2, and support for additional XBRL taxonomies. SEC’s Small Business Advocacy Office Issues Report to Congress on Capital Raising

On December 12th, the SEC’s Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation issued to Congress its 2024 Annual Report, which details how entrepreneurs and investors are building companies together, from startups to small public companies. The report includes policy recommendations from the office, a summary of the office’s advocacy work and public engagements from fiscal year 2024, and the Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee’s fiscal year 2024 overview of activities.
