GoFiler 6.0b Now Available

Version 6.0b of GoFiler has been released. This release contains adjustments to certain EDGAR Next functions now that EDGAR Next is live, as well as adjustments to NSS to use EDGAR Next when the transition option is checked within GoFiler. SEC Publishes Current Draft for EDGAR Filer Manual

The SEC has released its draft of the EDGAR® Filer Manual, Volume II: “EDGAR Filing” (Version 73) to prepare issuers for potential updates to the EDGAR system scheduled to be introduced in EDGAR Release 25.1 on March 17, 2025. GoFiler Patch Available for SEC Updates to Form SHO and SCHEDULE 13D/G

New Release (5.25b) for the GoFiler Family of Products

Version 5.25b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This is a transition release to aid users in moving to GoFiler 6.0, which will be available in the coming weeks. In addition to all the many import, editing, proofing, validation, and filing features that are part of GoFiler, GoFiler 6.0 will be introducing some great improvements including: transitioning to a 64-bit platform (which will increase performance when handling large datasets), support for EDGAR Next, and enhanced customization through modules. New Release (5.24c) for the GoFiler Family of Products

Version 5.24c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains improvements and corrections to Form N-PX, Form D, and Form ATS-N.
