Version 6.0a of GoFiler has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 25.1 and contains support for the EDGAR Next transition.

Version 5.23b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains improvements and corrections to Form N-PX as well as support for the IFRS and SBS 2024 taxonomies. Additionally, this release contains improvements and corrections for EDGAR Submission View, Form N-MFP3 View, the Fee Exhibit Editor, and XDX. See the release notes for more information.

Version 5.23a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 24.2. This release contains improvements and corrections to Form N-PX as well as some corrections for EDGAR Submission View. Additionally, this release contains a new feature to set additional user information now required by the SEC. See the release notes for more information.

Version 5.22c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains improvements and corrections to Form N-PX as well as some corrections for EDGAR Submission View and an update to the N-PORT forms. Version 5.22b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains improvements and corrections to XDX and XBRL, as well as support for the most recent version of the ECD taxonomy. Version 5.22a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 24.1 and contains support for the 2024 taxonomies, including the SRO taxonomy. Version 5.21b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 24.0.2 and contains support for the new XML SCHEDULE 13D and SCHEDULE 13G forms. Version 5.19c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains a number of corrections and improvements to XDX and XBRL View. Additionally, this release contains a new import function to add data to the XML N-PX table of voting records.

Version 5.19b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains a number of corrections and improvements to XDX and XBRL View, particularly for the OEF, CEF, and RXP taxonomies.

Version 5.19a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 23.2 and contains support for the IFRS 2023, OEF 2023 and RXP 2023 taxonomies. Additionally, corrections and improvements were made to XDX validation, processing, and to certain wizards.

Version 5.18b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains a number of new features, including a new tool to edit labels globally in XBRL and XDX, a new function for validating XDX documents as XBRL, and a new extension manage to install and manage extensions/plug-ins for the GoFiler software. Additionally, improvements and corrections were made to numerous EDGAR XML forms for proofing and editing as well as to inline XBRL validation and XDX processing.
