Version 6.2b of GoFiler has been released. This release contains corrections and improvements to the submission process for EDGAR Next.
Please use the Check for Updates function to update your software to the latest version.
What’s in the Release
GoFiler Basic Application
– Corrected an oversight by adding the .log file type as a permissible type to open in Text View (Code View).
GoFiler Complete Application
– Corrected an oversight by adding the .log file type as a permissible type to open in Text View (Code View).
GoFiler+ Application
– Corrected an oversight by adding the .log file type as a permissible type to open in Text View (Code View).
General EDGAR Updates
– Corrected issues with the application logging into Login.gov under certain situations.
– The “Login to Filer Management” menu option should now work on non-modular products.
– The Check Delegations function will no longer add the same CIK into the “Delegated To” field multiple times.
– The application will now write the correct CIK into GFS files for NSS when queuing or scheduling filings.
– Fixed an issue where the Set EDGAR Next User Credentials feature was not given the current CIK when verifying the login credentials.
– The Set EDGAR Next User Credentials feature will now always use the “Filename” setting if it is set.
