Members of the SEC’s staff will host a two-day roundtable on October 25 and October 26 on market data and market access. This roundtable is hosted by the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets.
Day one of this two-day roundtable will focus primarily on assessing current data products and market access services and their associated fees. Services provided by the central securities information processors (SIPs) and by national securities exchanges (Exchanges) will be discussed. Day two’s panels will focus on assessing potential steps to improve market data products and market access services and to modernize the infrastructure for providing the market data products.
The roundtable will be held at the SEC’s headquarters at 100 F Street, NE, Washington, DC.
The roundtable is open to the public and will be webcast live on the SEC’s website. A full agenda is available at the SEC’s website.
