Over 70 new form types have been added to the new version of the registration fee estimator. In addition, the release contains form validations and the ability to export calculations results into CSV and Excel formats.

Filers should note that the Registration Fee Estimator tool should not be relied upon as an official SEC calculation or verification of filing fees. Filers are responsible for paying the correct required fees and accurately including all required information in their filings. The new version of the Fee Estimator is available here.

Filers can also use the tools inside GoFiler to calculate filing fees using the SEC’s Fee Table.
