New Release (5.22c) for the GoFiler Family of Products

Version 5.22c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains improvements and corrections to Form N-PX as well as some corrections for EDGAR Submission View and an update to the N-PORT forms. Additionally, support for the XML version of Form N-CR has been added to the software. See the release notes for more information.

SEC Staff to Hold Investor Advisory Committee Meeting

The SEC’s Investor Advisory Committee will hold an open meeting via webcast on sec.gov that will take place on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The meeting is free and open for the public to attend.
