Form C

–  The list of jurisdictions on the Edit dialog has been expanded. See the full release notes for more information about this change.

–  Corrected an issue that would cause Form C EIS files to be directed to the EDGAR Submission View instead of the Form C editor upon open.

Form 13F Updates

–  Corrected language for confidential treatment on both the proof and the form view.

–  The confidential treatment checkbox will no longer show for form types 13F-CTR and 13F-CTR/A.

–  Changed the validation to check for the REQUEST LETTER document for Forms 13F-CTR and 13F-CTR/A. Additionally, the validation will now check that REQUEST LETTER documents have a PDF extension.

Form 24F-2

–  Corrected an issue with saving .gfp files when documents were attached.

–  Corrected an issue with the Class list if the investment company type only allows classes.

XBRL View

–  Added support for the 2023 SEC taxonomies.

–  Added support for the 2023 US-GAAP taxonomy.

–  Corrected an issue with the ECD taxonomy that would cause any instant elements on the default erroneous compensation presentation to be duplicated if they were used to create a fact.

XDX

–  Added a feature to automatically tag a table when a table is marked with a table element. Currently, the only supported table for this feature is the ecd:PvpTableTextBlock.

–  Added support for the 2023 SEC taxonomies.

–  Added support for the 2023 US-GAAP taxonomy.

–  Corrected an issue with the cover page tagging feature that could cause stability problems if the cover page contained a large block of text with certain keywords pertaining to addresses.

–  Corrected an issue that would cause an extraneous error if a fact contained a tab character.

–  Details narrative presentations will no longer be created if the taxonomy is not US-GAAP.

–  The XDX processor will now abandon the previous column layout if a column engram is found in a different table from the last column engram regardless of whether the new table is marked as a presentation or disclosure.

iXBRL

–  Corrected a bogus error that was being reported for iXBRL tags between the close of the iXBRL header and the containing close division for the hidden header.

–  Added logic to report empty continuation segments as an advisory.

–  Added logic to test the linkages of continuation segments and report problems as an error.

–  Added logic to test for unused continuation segments and report them as warnings.

–  Corrected a problem with the reporting of a missing schema (.xsd) file.

–  Added an exception for the requirement to have either ‘InvestmentCompanyActFileNumber’ or ‘BdcFileNumbet’ in N-CSRS and N-CSRS/A forms.
