Version 5.17a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 22.4 and contains support for a new exhibit type EX-97, support for the DEI 2022q4 taxonomy for ECD, and Form 13F.

GoFiler Complete 5.17a
General EDGAR Updates
– Updated to EDGAR 22.4.
– Added exhibit EX-97 to the Document Type list.
– Updated the Document Type list for SEGMENT and MODULE form types.
Form 13F Updates
– Form 13F has been updated for EDGAR 22.4.1. Users that need to file before EDGAR 22.4.1 becomes effective can leave all the new fields blank.
Form ABS-EE XML Data File
– Added more options to the codes for: Item 2(c)(28)(i), Item 1(m)(21)(ii), and Item 1(c)(29)(i).

– Updated DEI 2022 to 2022q4 for the ECD taxonomy as part of EDGAR 22.4.
– Corrected an issue that would result in an internal error if the Management View was closed with the Taxonomy Viewer open.
