Version 5.16a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 22.3 and contains support for a number of new EDGAR submission types, including XML form editing for the modernized Form 144 and Form 144/A. Additional corrections and improvements were made to XDX processing.

General EDGAR Updates
– Updated to EDGAR 22.3.
– Added new 13F XML forms: 13F-CTR and 13F-CTR/A.
– Added new XML format for Form 144.
– Added new forms: 40-APP, 40-APP/A, 40-OIP, 40-OIP/A, 40-6B, and 40-6B/A.
– Added support for the IA File Number field for forms that allow it.

– Added new forms 13F-CTR and 13F-CTR/A.
Form 144 Updates
– Added New Form 144 View to open, edit, save, and file Form 144 XML documents.

– Added logic to the validation function to detect and report comments that may interfere with EDGAR dissemination.

– Corrected an issue that would result in an improperly formed instance document when using the Q3 update to the 2022 SRT taxonomy.
XDX
– Corrected an issue that would cause nil facts not to be detected if they used hexadecimal character entities.
– Contexts that contain more than one reference to a single dimension will no longer write out more than one.
– Footnote processing will no longer stop when a continuation engram is used inside of footnote text.
– Corrected an issue that could cause the application to not properly encode HTML data when using a continuation starting from a very short segment of text.

– Corrected a reported scripting error during validation for a specific condition within an N-2 form.
