GoFiler 6.2a Now Available

Version 6.2a of GoFiler has been released. This release is in anticipation of Monday's EDGAR Next release and will automatically switch over to the EDGAR Next system for submissions on 9/12/2025 at 10:01pm Eastern. SEC Amends Rules Regarding Electronic Submissions, Revises FOCUS Report

On September 8th, the SEC announced that it is amending rules to require electronic filing or submission of certain forms and other filings or submissions that are required to be filed with or submitted to the SEC under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the rules and regulations under the Exchange Act. GoFiler 6.2a Will Be Available for Download Later Today

Version 6.2a of GoFiler will be released later today to facilitate the transition to EDGAR Next. This release contains all of the necessary functionality to submit filings to EDGAR Next and will automatically switch to EDGAR Next mode tonight at 10:01pm Eastern.
