How to File Form N-PX

Managers and funds are now required to file Form N-PX in a structured data format called XML. This new format is machine-readable, which improves the ability of the public to analyze and consume the data being provided on the form. While the format will improve the quality of the data and the ability of consumers to access and use that information, it can be a challenge to prepare a filing that has been traditionally provided in HTML or text using a new data standard. XBRL US Launches Public Review for Version 25 of DQC Rules, Solicits Feedback

The XBRL US Center for Data Quality has opened the Version 25 public exposure period for review and comment, which concludes on September 9, 2024. This version includes automated checks and rule updates for filers using the US GAAP and IFRS taxonomies from July 23, 2024, through September 9, 2024.
