Filings with a due date of June 19th will be due the following business day. On June 13th, the FERC announced that its eForms Filing API has been modified to respond with the Filing ID for all submissions. Also, the eForms system has been updated to correct the system bug that caused certain filings to fail and receive a status of “Rejected - Validation/System Error” in the eForms portal.
