The SEC has announced that the EDGAR system is currently experiencing technical difficulties which may impact filers submitting iXBRL filings. The SEC’s technical staff is working to resolve the issue.
The SEC apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and advises filers to check the EDGAR News and Announcements site for updates.
