On October 7, the EDGAR Business Office issued a preview of upcoming updates to the EDGAR system’s technical specifications ahead of the next software release, currently scheduled for December 7, 2026.
The following draft technical specification is now available:
- Security-Based Swap Valuation Dispute Notice (Exchange Act Rule 15fi-3(c)) (“SBS Dispute Notice”)
These draft materials are being shared as a courtesy to the filing community. The SEC has not yet approved them, and any planned content may be approved, disapproved, or revised prior to the December 2026 EDGAR release. Additional details about the upcoming release—including draft EDGAR Filer Manual updates and changes to the EDGAR Beta environment—will be provided in future announcements.
