The SEC’s Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee will hold an open meeting to further explore Regulation A and discuss the subject of “finders” (individuals who help companies with limited capital-raising activities in private markets). Staff also will consider matters concerning rules and regulations affecting small and emerging businesses and their investors under the federal securities laws.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 10:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Eastern. This meeting is open for the public to attend via webcast on sec.gov, and the agenda for this meeting is now available on the event’s webpage.
