On January 30th, the SEC made unannounced and unexpected changes to the XML technical specifications for Form SHO and SCHEDULE 13D/G. A new patch for the GoFiler Suite is available to support these changes.
Please use the Check for Updates function in the software to download and install the latest patch. After doing so, you can check the About dialog, which should list version 5.25b with “Patch B” beside particular DLLs.
