The SEC’s Division of Investment Management will hold an open meeting via webcast on sec.gov that will take place on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The meeting is open for the public to attend. {expires: 2024-08-29}
During the meeting, the Division will discuss whether to adopt amendments related to reporting requirements on Forms N-PORT and N-CEN. The Division also will provide guidance on open-end fund liquidity risk management programs.
