Overview
The ProjectGetBasePath function returns the name of the currently open project.

string = ProjectGetBasePath ( );
Parameters
(none)
Return Value
Returns a string containing the fully qualified name of the project’s base path or an empty string on error. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
The most common source of an error is that a project is not open. The base path is normally the same as the path for the project filename, however, the project can also contain a redirected path.
The base path is the path used to result the project entry filenames.
