Chapter Six — File Functions (continued)
Overview
The MIMEEnumerateItems function returns a string array containing the names (filenames) of all the items within a MIME Object with paths as appropriate.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string[] = MIMEEnumerateItems ( handle hMIME );
Parameters
hMIME
A handle for a MIME Object created with the MIMEOpen function.
Return Value
Returns a string array containing a name for each entry within the MIME Object or an empty array on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
Depending on the generating software, files may or may not contain path information. For example, entries from an MHT generated by Internet Explorer normally contain full paths (URLs) to items as they were retrieved from the web page.
It is also possible that items are not named. For example, an email’s main message may be repeated in multiple formats, each without a filename.
